1. Acceptance of Terms
TallyWizards provides an automated service that converts PDF bank statements into Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets formats. By uploading files, purchasing credit packs, or registering for subscription plans, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the service.
2. Description of Service & Limits
We offer three primary service levels to our users:
- Free Tier: Limited to 2 statement conversions per day, with a maximum of 3 pages per statement. Ad-supported.
- Credit Packs (Pay-As-You-Go): Buy a set amount of statement conversion credits (e.g., 20 credits). Credits do not expire. Ad-free.
- Subscriptions (Pro/Enterprise): Monthly recurring plans giving a set number of statement conversions (e.g., 250 or 1,000 statements/month). Subscription limits reset on your monthly billing cycle.
3. Accuracy & Financial Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: TallyWizards utilizes advanced AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract financial transactions. While we maintain a high standard of accuracy and provide a Balance Reconciliation Score to help verify results, we do NOT guarantee 100% error-free output.
- You are solely responsible for auditing, verifying, and matching the converted spreadsheets against your original PDF statements before importing them into accounting software (like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) or filing taxes.
- TallyWizards is a data processing tool, not a financial advisory or auditing service. We are not liable for any accounting errors, tax filing discrepancies, or financial losses resulting from the use of our software.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
* Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard to prevent future charges.
* Refund Policy: If our AI parser is unable to process your bank statement format successfully, or if you encounter severe bugs, contact our support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of your credits or subscription fee.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to upload malicious files, virus-infected PDFs, or attack our server endpoints.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or build competing bots targeting our parsing backend.
- Upload financial records that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to process.
6. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any substantial pricing or usage limit changes in advance.
